創會會長馮國超（藝名：湾區校長超哥）來自廣州、以往從事時裝界生意商人。九十年代移居美國後、從事水電工程生意。自小喜愛各方面藝術興趣，對音樂方面特别有天赋，凴個人特有雄亮聲音且富有𥔵性。唱腔的表现力酷似＂香港歌星＂谭咏麟＂音韻和聲線。行內音樂圈中人仕尊稱為《譚校長》曾多次参加各大慈善及演唱活動。至今仍然十分活躍於灣區娛樂演出。

(Andy)Feng Guo Chao, the founding chairman of American Chinese Prosperity Association, is from Guangzhou, China and used to be a businessman in the fashion industry. After moving to the United States in the 1990s, he undertook the national business of hydropower engineering. Since he was a child, he has been interested in all aspects of art, particularly in music and singing. He has a strong and clear voice. The expressiveness of his voice is very similar to the vocal style of Hong Kong singer, Tan Yonglin. He is known as "Principal Tan" in the music industry and has participated in charity events and singing activities many times. Fung Guochao is currently very active in entertainment performances located in the Bay Area.
